1 Individual Lessons and Consultations

• Refunds are available only when you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations inside 48 hours are non-refundable.

2 Packages

• Package lessons are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

• Unused lessons remaining after the Expiration Date are neither refundable nor redeemable.

• If we cancel a lesson and cannot reschedule it before your Expiration Date, we will either (a) extend your Expiration Date for that lesson or (b) refund or credit that specific lesson, at our discretion.

3. Instructor Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If I need to reschedule, I will provide notice as early as possible.

• If I cancel and you prefer not to reschedule, you may choose a refund or credit for that lesson.
